Refund Policy for Digital Products

We offer a 7-day refund policy for digital products purchased from our website. If, within 7 days of your purchase, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details. For any services, including but not limited to courses, workshops, and programs offered by Get GRIT Program, we follow the refund policy outlined below:

  • Cancellation Before the Start of the Service: If you need to cancel your booking or registration for a course or workshop, please notify us at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start date. You will be eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
  • Cancellation Within 7 Days of the Service: If you cancel within 7 days of the start date, we can offer a 50% refund of the total amount paid, provided you notify us before the start of the service.
  • No Refunds for Non-Attendance: If you fail to attend a scheduled course, workshop, or program without prior notice of cancellation, we will not issue any refunds.
  • Transfer Option: If you are unable to attend a scheduled course or service, you may request to transfer your booking to a future session (subject to availability). We require at least 48 hours’ notice to process a transfer.
